Meet the Team

Richard Bradley

Richard has been directly involved in the Agricultural Industry for the past 15 years.  Initially, Richard was involved with a large scale arable cropping farm where he gained a wealth of experience being in the tractor seat and repairing things when they broke! This gave Richard the unique ability to know what works and what doesn't when it comes to agricultural machinery.  Richard decided three years ago to take the plunge and go out on his own.  As a mechanical engineer and certified welder, he is enjoying putting his skills to good work across a variety of projects!

Leah Bradley

Leah has been involved with the business since its inception in 2006.  The business has evolved from agricultural contracting to what it is today - Bradley's Engineering Services.  Leah is responsible for the day to day running of the business and is looking forward to being more 'hands on' with a focus on sales and marketing.

Pippa Bradley

Pippa Bradley is an enthusiastic member of the team.  Nothing fazes Pippa and she is always pleased to see you!  Upon arrival at the workshop, Pippa will be your first point of contact!
